This position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media trends and digital advertising, who loves data, and can create a client’s online voice.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to be a fully integrated part of our social media and digital teams. Everyday will be different, which keeps it fun and fresh, but routinely you will be creating organic social media content, building client ad campaigns, and iterating campaigns based on results.

Your responsibilities will include:

 
 

  • Support day-to-day organic social media and digital advertising strategies for multiple clients

  • Understand each individual client, their brand and messaging, and the target audience they are trying to reach

  • Act as a daily community manager to increase client engagement and brand loyalty

  • Create compelling organic social content that gets audiences to take action

  • Partner with teams to improve organic social media and digital advertising strategies by analyzing the appropriate data and metrics, insights and best practices, and determining how to best utilize the information to drive results

  • Perform SEO audits, create SEO strategies and report out on results

  • Create monthly reports and communications to inform clients of results and progress of activities

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Google Ads, etc. to manage campaigns from start to finish

  • Stay current with organic social media and ad trends and tools, through ongoing education/certification

  • Collaborate with team members outside of the departments in order to ideate new campaign ideas for clients that will drive results
